Human Rights for Factory Workers
Focused on building advocacy capacity, this initiative trained over 200 factory workers in arbitration and conciliation, strengthening their ability to stand up for their rights in Lesotho’s garment sector.
Basotho Volunteers Development
Through the International Citizen Service, we paired Basotho volunteers with English volunteers to share knowledge and drive community development. More than 300 volunteers were placed with partner organizations, and several Basotho youth went on to earn international scholarships.
